House Rules
- The person making the booking must be staying at the property. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
- This is a residential building - no noise between 10pm and 7am.
- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
- To protect the timber floor, please do not wear heeled shoes in the apartment or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.
- No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
