House Rules
- If you are booking for someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.
- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings. Please be considerate of your neighbours and our guests in the studio next to the house - no noise between 10pm and 7am. If you plan to have visitors over during your stay, please check with me first before booking.
- There is a studio right next to the house which is also listed on Airbnb (check my other listings if you would like to book them together). The studio window looks directly into your backyard/outdoor dining area. If someone is staying in the studio, you will be sharing the driveway area with them and they can see you and you can see them if you are in the backyard/courtyard. The driveway/entry area is shared with the studio. Please respect our other guests right to privacy and peaceful enjoyment during their stay.
- The driveway is not available for parking in as it blocks the view from the studio so you will need to park on the street.
- The property is not fenced at the front and there are dangers from the road, the sea and the concrete steps that go up the hill behind the house. If you will be staying with children you are fully responsible for them and will ensure that they are fully supervised at all times.
- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the house smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.
