House Rules
I want you to have an enjoyable stay, so please be aware that by making a booking, you are agreeing to my house rules. So please take a moment to read through them and if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask!
- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.
- No groups, gatherings, functions, events or parties.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no noise between 10pm and 7am.
- The lead guest making the booking must be aged 25+ and must be staying at the apartment for the entire booking.
- Maximum of 5 guests named in the booking and in existing bedding only.
- The house and it's amenities are for guest use only. Please enquire about having visitors before booking.
- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the house smells of smoke/vaping/drugs or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping or illegal drug use.
