This recently completed building is constructed of reinforced concrete and all windows are double glazed. A heater is provided.
Metered on-street public parking:
Free between 6pm-8am Sunday to Thursday and 8pm-8am Friday and Saturday.
During the day: $4.50 per hour with a maximum stay of 2 hours.
Search and pay for parking via the PayMyPark App or pay at the machines via credit card.
There are also several parking buildings nearby including Wilson Parking Left Bank and Wilson Parking Upper Willis Street.
I highly recommend Taranaki Street Parking which is a 7 minute walk away and is much cheaper and is a locally owned business.

Due to the design of the building, the elevator ends on the level below, so there are 2 flights of stairs to walk to reach the apartment.
If you are sensitive to movement - Wellington can be a windy place, and occasionally this can be felt in taller buildings.
