House Rules

By making a booking you are agreeing to my house rules, so please take a moment to read through them and if you have any questions, just ask!

- This is a residential building so please be considerate of your neighbours - no noise between 10pm and 7am. Noise or behaviour complaints from neighbours may result in all guests being asked to leave immediately, without a refund.

- The lead guest must be aged 25+

- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.

- No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- The guest who has made the booking must be present at the time of check-in. Keys will not be handed over to anyone else.

- The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests only. Visitors and/or non-paying guests must not be invited to the property unless I have agreed in advance.

- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.

- Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted at this property.

- To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the apartment or drag anything such as furniture or bags across the floor.

- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.

- Please leave everything as tidy as you found it and report any damage, breakage or issues to me immediately.

- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only.

PARKING INFORMATION
There is no off-street parking available with the apartment. However free on-street parking is available from 6pm-8am Sunday to Thursday and 8pm-8am Friday and Saturday.

During the day, on-street parking is $4.50 per hour with a maximum stay of 2 hours.

Alternatively, coupon parking at a cost of $12.50 per day, can sometimes be found on nearby streets such as Tinakori Road. However these are subject to availability.

The closest parking lot is Wilson Parking - 38 Murphy Street.

GETTING TO/FROM THE APARTMENT
To/from the airport:
15 minutes by car (traffic dependent)

By train:
Wellington railway station is 10 minutes walk away.

Bluebridge Ferry:
14 minutes walk to the Bluebridge Ferry Terminal

Interislander Ferry Terminal:
10 minutes drive/Uber/Taxi
