- The person making the booking must be staying at the property. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.

- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.

- This is a residential building - no noise between 10pm and 7am.

- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the apartment or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.

- No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.

PARKING INFORMATION
There is no off-street parking available with the apartment. However free on-street parking is available from 6pm-8am Sunday to Thursday and 8pm-8am Friday and Saturday.

During the day, on-street parking is $4.50 per hour with a maximum stay of 2 hours.

Alternatively, coupon parking at a cost of $12.50 per day, can sometimes be found on nearby streets such as Tinakori Road. However these are subject to availability.

Rates are subject to change, so for up to date street parking pricing, search 'Parking' on the Wellington City Council website.

The closest parking lot is Wilson Parking - 38 Murphy Street.
