By making a booking you are agreeing to my house rules, so please take a moment to read through them and if you have any questions, just ask!

- Please be considerate of your neighbours - no noise between 10pm and 7am. Noise or behaviour complaints from neighbours may result in all guests being asked to leave immediately, without a refund.

- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.

- No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- The guest who has made the booking must be present at the time of check-in. Keys will not be handed over to anyone else.

- The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests only. Visitors and/or non-paying guests must not be invited to the property unless I have agreed in advance.

- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.

- Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted at this property.

- To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the apartment or drag anything such as furniture or bags across the floor.

- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.

- Please leave everything as tidy as you found it and report any damage, breakage or issues to me immediately.

- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only.

The apartment has two large bedrooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep on luxury queen sized beds. Spacious and comfortable, the bedrooms are clean and cozy, giving everyone their own space to unwind.

BATHROOM:
Rejuvinate in the modern bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Great lighting, plush towels and natural toiletries add to the sense of luxury.

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for your laundry needs.

KITCHEN:
The sleek and stylish kitchen features high-end appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and coffee maker. Cooking basics, utensils, pots and pans and kitchenware are all provided.

The dining table is the perfect place to sit and enjoy meals together over a glass of wine after your adventures in the city. If you've had your fill of local restaurants and need a night in, enjoy a homemade dinner and take in the city views.

LIVING ROOM:
The open plan living room is the perfect space to relax, with modern furniture and plenty of natural light thanks to the large sliding glass doors. Curl up on the comfortable L-shaped sofa after a busy afternoon on Cuba St. Catch your favorite programs on Netflix or Chromecast (there is no live tv or freeview) and take advantage of the high-speed WiFi.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
The sweeping terrace is the cherry on top of this luxury space. The sprawling sun trap features fabulous city views - the perfect place to sit with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine and take in the sounds and sights of Cuba Street.

There is paid parking available on the street or in one of the nearby parking buildings.

Street parking:
Monday to Thursday (8am - 6pm) and Friday (8am - 8pm), on-street parking is $4.50 per hour, and a time limit of 2 hours applies.
Saturday & Sunday (8am - 6pm), on-street parking is $2.50 per hour, and a 2 hour time limit applies.
On-street parking is free with no time limits from Sunday to Thursday (6pm - 8am), Friday and Saturday (8pm - 8am).
On public holidays there are no time limits or charges.

5 minutes walk away and highly recommended.

Wilson Car Park - adjacent to the building:
$6.00 per hour (6am - 6pm), or
$25.00 for up to 12 hours
