- Please be considerate of your neighbours - no noise between 10pm and 7am. Noise or behaviour complaints from neighbours may result in all guests being asked to leave immediately, without a refund.

- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.

- No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- The guest who has made the booking must be present at the time of check-in. Keys will not be handed over to anyone else.

- The apartment and amenities are for the use of paying guests only. Visitors and/or non-paying guests must not be invited to the property unless I have agreed in advance.

- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.

- Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted at this property.

- To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the apartment or drag anything such as furniture or bags across the floor.

- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.

- Please leave everything as tidy as you found it and report any damage, breakage or issues to me immediately.

BEDROOMS:
The apartment has three large bedrooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep on luxury king and queen sized beds. Spacious and comfortable, the main bedroom boasts direct access to the terrace and fabulous views of the city. The second and third bedrooms are also spacious but cozy, giving everyone their own space to unwind.

BATHROOMS:
Rejuvinate in the 2 modern bathrooms, both featuring a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Great lighting, plush towels and natural toiletries add to the sense of luxury.

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment for your laundry needs.

KITCHEN:
The sleek and stylish kitchen features high-end appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and coffee maker. Cooking basics, utensils, pots and pans and kitchenware are all provided.

The central island is the perfect place to sit and prep meals together over a glass of wine after your adventures in the city. If you’ve had your fill of local restaurants and need a night in, enjoy a homemade dinner at the 6-person dining table while taking in the city views.

LIVING ROOM:
The open plan living room is the perfect space to relax, with modern furniture and plenty of natural light thanks to the large sliding glass doors. Curl up on the comfortable L-shaped sofa after a busy afternoon on Cuba St. Catch your favorite Netflix programs on the flat-screen TV or Chromecast (there is no live or freeview tv) and take advantage of the high-speed WiFi.

STREET PARKING:
Monday to Thursday (8am - 6pm) and Friday (8am - 8pm), on-street parking is $4.50 per hour, and a time limit of 2 hours applies.
Saturday & Sunday (8am - 6pm), on-street parking is $2.50 per hour, and a 2 hour time limit applies.
On-street parking is free with no time limits from Monday to Thursday (6pm - 8am), Friday (8pm - 8am), Saturday & Sunday (6pm - 8am).
On public holidays there are no time limits or charges.
