- This is a residential building no noise between 10pm and 7am.

- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first.

- No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.

- The guest who made the booking must be present at the time of check-in. Keys will not be handed over to anyone else.

- The apartment and amenities are for paying/staying guest use only. If you plan to have visitors at the apartment, please message me to request approval before you book.

- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.

- Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted at this property. Any breach and the police will be called and guests asked to leave immediately.

- An after-hours fee of $100 will apply to all late arrivals/check-ins after 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 10pm, please enquire with me before you book.

- No shoes to be worn in the apartment.

- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings allowed at any time.

- Maximum of 7 guests in existing bedding only.

The space
Located in the heart of the Wellington CBD, this is one of the country's most flamboyant buildings in the art deco style. The Prudential Assurance building was designed in 1933 by Australian architectural firm Hennessy and Hennessy.

This sub-penthouse apartment boasts a large living area with a wrap around balcony to provide indoor/outdoor flow and offers the best of both worlds – convenience of location and luxurious apartment living.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, including washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is 10 minutes flat walk from Wellington Railway station and 20 minutes flat walk to Sky Stadium.

Should you be traveling from the airport, the airport bus provides just about a door to door service. The apartment is also very close to the Bluebridge ferry terminal.

On-street parking is $4.50 per hour and a time limit of 2 hours applies from:
