Apartment is often used by the owner on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but can be made available and longer stays also welcome - just ask!

House Rules
- By making a booking, you are agreeing to these house rules and Airbnb's rules.
- This is a residential building and our neighbours have a right to peace and quiet. Noise in the apartment must be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am AND at all times in common areas such as the elevator and lobby. Noise or behaviour complaints from neighbours may result in all guests being asked to leave immediately, without a refund.
- If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party, please send me an enquiry first. Bookings made for other people without prior approval will be cancelled.
- No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking. Guests may be required to provide an original form of government issued ID at check-in.
- The guest who has made the booking must be present at the time of check-in. Keys will not be handed over to anyone else.
- Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm and check-out is by 10am. Anything outside these hours must be requested at the time of booking and an additional fee will apply.
- The apartment and amenities are for paying/staying guest use only. If you plan to have visitors at the apartment, please message me to request approval before you book.
- No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.
- Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted at this property. Any breach and the police will be called and guests asked to leave immediately.
- An after-hours fee of $100 will apply to all late arrivals/check-ins after 10pm. If you will be arriving later than 10pm, please enquire with me before you book.
- No shoes to be worn in the apartment.
- No group bookings
- No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings allowed at any time.
- Please leave everything as tidy as you found it and report any damage immediately.
- Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only.
- The apartment is subject to body corporate rules. On arrival, please refer to the body corporate rules in the apartment.
